I admit it, I was wrong. I was more right than the other experts but I was still wrong. Back in January of 2012 I boldly stated that the year’s new home unit sales would rise an incredible 15% over 2011. Some experts said that was way over exhuberent; I thought it was conservative. Well, it went up 42%. We were all wrong.
