January Housing Market Stats, Las Vegas.

Market update for January. The Las Vegas area analysis is for sales in the month of December 2014.

The median SFR (Single Family Home, not condo or townhouse) sold price was $204,250 and the average price was 247,903. This is a slight increase over the previous month.

2,182 homes sold in December with 4,442 units in escrow.

Just about 1/3 or the units sold were purchased all-cash.
